On a more permanent basis, we are able to manage an entire airport business unit on behalf of third parties (Airport Authority, Airlines). Based on individual request or requirement, a staff secondment programme is available, for medium to long term contracts. This type of management contract can be based on a retainer plus ‘success fees’ on pre-agreed and stipulated operational criteria. |
