BIDAir Services (PTY) Ltd., a 100% held subsidiary of the BIDVest Group Ltd. (www.bidvest.co.za) was formed in 2005 in order to combine and manage a number of BIDVest Group Ltd. companies in an aviation services focussed unit. Initially comprising of just two business units, Airport Handling Services (PTY) Ltd. and Express Air Services, the division has since expanded to seven owned / managed entities.
BIDAir Services business units are currently providing superior handling services to more than thirty international and domestic airlines at the following South African airports; Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London and George.
BIDAir Services has recently commenced general ground handling services in terms of a license awarded by ACSA and offers the full range of handling services, as represented in AHM810 of the IATA Airport Handling Manual.
